DELIVERY & PICK UP GUIDELINES

 

WHOLESALE ACCOUNT ESTABLISHMENT

Forest View Nursery is a wholesale only nursery.

An account application must be completed prior to a sales order confirmation.

PAYMENT

Cash, Visa, Mastercard, and American Express are acceptable payment methods. Check writing privileges can be extended by completing an account application. New customers must place a credit card on file for the first year for check writing privileges. Credit account with payment terms can be established via application process after one year.

 

We guarantee all plant material to be alive and true to name at time of receipt, otherwise, there are no guarantees expressed or implied as to the livability or merchantability of any plant. All prices are subject to change without notice. All claims must be made within 48 hours of receipt of plant material. All shipments travel at the risk and expense of purchaser.

 

PICKUP

Please call ahead to arrange a time for loading.  Driver is responsible for tarping and securing picked-up loads. No loading will be done in inclement weather. Orders must be picked up within 10 days of the order ready notification call to the customer or future orders will necessitate a deposit before being considered.

 

 

DELIVERY

Our delivery drivers are not employees of Forest View Nursery, therefore a freight check made payable to the driver is required before the truck can be unloaded. If there are any problems with the quantity of your material, or any damage, please note them on the bill of laden and make the driver aware.

 

Acceptance of delivered material is considered affirmation that the material was received in acceptable condition and that the customer assumes responsibility for its survival and condition. Acceptance of delivery is also an agreement by the customer to pay the full amount of the invoice according to the terms.
